Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal to ensure tracked and secure transit.
Pack Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unworn condition.
Drop Off & Process
Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
